Video Surveillance

Bitz offers a variety of video surveillance options. Our personal favorite is powered by Axis cameras and Fargo, ND based byRemote software. Axis cameras are all IP based, which means it's easy to keep adding cameras to your system. With byRemote, we offer you two options:

• Dedicated Licensing - These systems use a Microsoft Windows based server for its video archiving. You buy the license up-front and you own it. This route will cost more up-front and will also require maintenance over the years to ensure the server continues to function as it should.
• Hosted Video as a Service (HVaaS) - This eliminates your need to purchase a dedicated server and maintain it. Instead, you pay a monthly fee to have your video archived in a reliable data center. As long as your Internet connection remains active, you are able to achieve off-site video storage. (In other words, if somebody breaks in and burns the place down - you still have your video safely stored in a secure facility.)
